Shipping, Return and Refund

The timelines quoted are business days – Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen:

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times within 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.

Pick Up Station: Pick-up time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station. Please note: Ensure you pick-up your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.

As we are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and quality products, there is still room for returns.

5-Day Return: You have 5 working days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.

Free Return: ZERO fees if you return an item.

Full Refund: You will receive 100% refund for your item plus shipping fees, if we delivered a damaged, defective or wrong item.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Initiate a Return: Return via contact form or call us. If you have any questions.

Drop-off your Item or Schedule a Pick-up: Return at our pickup stations or we can pick-up from you (door delivery orders only).

Return the item: Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. Always ensure your Return Slip is signed by our agents. That is your proof of return.

Refund Processed: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher or bank transfer.
